Every Paper/Abstract awarded final acceptance for presentation is expected to have one author attend the conference and present the paper in the conference-indexed proceeding. Publication in the conference proceedings without registering for the conference and presenting the full paper is not intended.
Registration guidelines

All authors whose papers or abstracts are awarded final acceptance for presentation must attend the conference and present their work.

The corresponding author must register for the conference under one of the first three registration categories, which include Early Bird Registration, Standard Registration, and Late Early Bird Registration.

Co-authors, students, and public attendees should select the fourth registration category, which includes Public Attendees, Co-Authors, and Student Registration.

All registered attendees will have access to all conference technical sessions and keynote presentations, as well as receive associated conference materials.

Attendees will also receive an electronic copy of the conference proceedings and will have access to networking facilities, lunch, and the exhibition.

All registered attendees will receive an Attendance/Presentation Certificate.

All fees are stated in USD and include Saudi VAT. The TAX Payer ID is 300528562500003.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange your event login, payments, etc. We will use your contact information to send you any updates about the event in the run-up to the conference, as well as the event follow-up. We will also share relevant information with our partners (online conference platforms we will use for the online event) for the same purpose. Our partners, nor we will share any information with third parties.

Receive professional invoice within 3 working days

Make bank transfer using provided banking details

Include your Registration ID in payment reference

Submit your bank transfer receipt through the dashboard

Ensure receipt shows correct amount and reference number

Registration Fee Waiver
To encourage active and talented international researchers to attend and join ICSDI 2026, we are offering a registration fee waiver for selected candidates who meet our eligibility criteria. To be considered for this opportunity:

The candidate must hold a Ph.D. and have at least four publications published in 2024 in high-quality journals ranked as Q1 (IF higher than 4.0).

The candidate should also have an H-index above 10 and a significant number of citations.
