Submission

Abstracts/ Draft Paper must be submitted via

the online Submission Management System.

Authors Guidelines

Authors Guidelines
  • Papers must be prepared at the highest level of quality for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

  • All papers must be written in English

  • The scope of the submitted paper must be relevant to one of the six tracks that will be discussed at ICSDI 2026.

  • The abstract should summarize the contents of the paper in short terms, i.e., 150-250 words, justified between the margins and using the font/size specified in the guidelines file below.

  • ​Submitted papers must have a minimum length of 6 pages, but preferably 6-8 pages.

  • Abstracts and papers with less than six pages will not be published in the Springer proceedings.

  • For more information, please refer to the Springer author guidelines below.

  • The draft paper must be prepared using the Springer Template below.

  • Abstracts/ Draft Paper submissions are due by July 30, 2025.

Review Process

  • Papers submitted to ICSDI will be evaluated through double-blind peer-reviewed according to the internationally accepted ethical standards of scientific publication.

  • Accepted papers will be subjected to quality editing. Successful articles will proceed to copy and proof for the indexed Springer Publication.

  • The submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent referees.

  • The acceptance rate will be kept at 60%.

  • The similarity should be less than 15%.

Review Process

Publications and Special Issues

  • The accepted papers will be published as a Springer book proceeding. The conference book proceeding will be ‎published with ISBN number by Springer Nature and indexed by SCOPUS. ‎

  • A selection of papers will be published as Journal Publication in Q1 in special issues ‎dedicated to the conference subject to further developments to match the journal ‎requirements. ‎

Special issue:

ICSDI 2026 has teamed up with the Special Journal Issue on Top Impact factor journals. A number of selected high-impact full text papers will also be considered for the special journal issues. All submitted papers will have the opportunity to be considered for this Special Journal Issue.

 

The paper selection will be carried out during the peer review process as well as at the conference presentation stage. Submitted papers must not be under consideration by any other journal or publication. The final decision for paper selection will be made based on peer review reports by the Guest Editors and the Editor-in-Chief jointly. The open access charges should be borne by the Authors.

 

The special issues will be announced shortly.
